The Working Art Gallery,
a new look for a new year.
At the close of 2011, after thirteen busy years, we decided it was time to downsize our gallery and give ourselves more free time to paint. So we moved our gallery to the second floor and now feature the work of Maine artists, Celene Farris, Louis Masciovecchio and Sheryl Tripp. We were very fortunate to have Maine artist, Jude Nickerson, open her new signature gallery, Raven’s Nest Gallery, on our first floor. Her gallery features an exciting mix of Maine art, sculpture, pottery and objects of interest. And she will oversee our new gallery on the second floor. It has been a remarkable journey and we are pleased to be starting our 14th year in Belfast. We hope you will stop in and see our new look. We are extremely pleased to be voted one of the top art galleries in Waldo County by The Republican Journal's "Best of the Best" People's Choice Awards for the past five years. It is an honor we will always treasure and we sincerely thank all those who made this possible. We sincerely thank you for your patronage and hope that you will visit these two new galleries.
